食用方法如下

一包10g加入250c.c開水或飲品 要用冷水沖泡飲用完後多補充水分(約1500c.c)

沖泡起來整杯都是綠綠的那一顆顆的是奇亞籽喔!!

味道就像是草被割起來的味道

剛開始喝時有點不太習慣這樣的味道,可是到最後慢慢習慣

邦妮青青有飽足感,所以習慣吃一些小點心的人的大救星,吃東西前來上一杯,裡面的奇亞籽有飽足感
